By creating an account or using ROAS OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
ROAS OS connects to your advertising data (via CSV upload, or a Meta/Google Ads account you explicitly authorize) and computes performance analytics, recommendations, and — optionally — AI-generated summaries and creative content. All numeric analytics are computed deterministically from your own data; AI-generated text is clearly labeled and never fabricates metrics.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.
When you connect a Meta or Google Ads account, you authorize us to retrieve advertising performance data via that platform's official API for the sole purpose of powering the analytics features you use. You can disconnect at any time. You remain responsible for complying with the advertising platform's own terms of service for your ad account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected). Payment is processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller — Paddle handles billing, is the merchant of record, and provides support for billing-related enquiries. The Service provides analytics and recommendations to inform your own marketing decisions — it does not guarantee any specific business outcome (revenue, ROAS, or otherwise). You remain solely responsible for decisions made using the Service's output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAS OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use section above.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
